Pre-sale Service
Based on the customer's products, we provide a full range of technical support including process support, raw material recommendations, mold resources, and complete equipment support, ensuring that the customer has no worries.
Mid-sale Service
Based on the specific requirements of customers and the delivery cycle, we formulate strict operation procedures. Through the close cooperation of the sales department, technical department, manufacturing department, material control department and logistics department, we provide high-quality machines to customers in a timely manner.
Under normal circumstances, we will provide a certain number of consumable parts along with the goods. The delivery period depends on the specific order and is usually within one to three months.
After-sales Service
The warranty period is one year.
During the one-year warranty period, if any damaged parts are found, customers can send us photos or samples for confirmation. If the damage is not caused by misoperation, we will reply to the customer within 48 hours and provide free replacement of the parts.
In addition, for parts that cannot be used or are not covered by the warranty, we only charge the basic cost of the parts.
We regularly track the usage of the products and promptly analyze and record the feedback. Regarding the dispute, we will formulate effective actions to satisfy both sides.
Other Special Services
We can design and manufacture molds based on the drawings provided by customers and offer OEM services.
Technical guidance and acceptance:
A. The client can send someone to our company for on-site learning.
B. If on-site guidance from our company's engineers is required, the client will be responsible for all expenses related to going abroad, including passport and visa processing, round-trip train and air tickets, accommodation and meals, translation services, as well as certain travel allowances.
