This equipment is specifically designed as a mid-temperature elastomer injection machine based on the injection molding process of polyurethane elastomers using MDI semi-prepolymer as the chain extender.
The storage tanks, metering pumps and filters are heated by an oven, and the external fans circulate air for temperature regulation. The temperature is stable. The material pipes are automatically insulated by high-temperature electric heating tapes.
