This system is primarily designed to support long-term uninterrupted production, is suitable for mass production requirements, significantly enhances production efficiency, and reduces labor costs. The safety system has also been greatly improved.
The upper part of the tank is an arched cover, equipped with an exhaust valve, nitrogen valve, vacuum valve, vacuum suction valve, feeding port, tank light glass sight glass, vacuum pressure gauge port, and also has a frame-type constant-speed stirring device (with precision mechanical seal, ensuring good rotational sealing effect). The lower part of the tank is equipped with an outlet port of Rc2, a heat transfer oil inlet and return port.
