This equipment is mainly composed of polyether polyols reacting with prepolymer to synthesize polyurethane microporous injection machines.
Automatic pouring system
Function: The machine head is suspended on the automatic pouring system and is linked with the production line to perform automatic pouring.
It is mainly used for the automatic spraying of release agents inside molds. The spraying is uniform, facilitating mold removal and saving labor.
Maximum pulling force: 5 kg, Maximum working radius: 950 mm
The motor and the centrifugal rotating platform are precisely positioned and controlled through machining.
Mold positioning: The centrifugal rotating platform is equipped with a positioning axis.
There is a frequency converter that controls the rotational speed of the centrifugal turntable.
Support frame system, transmission mechanism, temperature control system, steel frame internal fixation system, automatic control system, mechanical hand automatic mold opening system, mechanical hand automatic mold closing system
This system is mainly designed to meet the requirements of long-term uninterrupted production, suitable for mass production needs, significantly enhancing production efficiency and saving labor costs. The safety system has been greatly improved.
Usage: Primarily used for maintaining constant temperature of raw materials and for feeding materials.
