The pump body is made of tungsten steel, providing excellent resistance to high temperature and pressure. This ensures that metering accuracy is not affected by changes in pressure or temperature.
The material pipes are constructed with stainless steel flexible hoses lined with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), wrapped with imported resistance heating wire and insulated with thermal cotton, enabling both heating and insulation.
A special pressure balancing adjustment system (patented technology) enables multiple mixing and casting methods (injection, hose casting, open casting), as well as timed and quantitative pouring. It is suitable for processes with a wide mixing ratio range.
The metering pump motor adopts an imported servo motor with constant torque control, ensuring stable performance regardless of pressure differences.
