The core is to precisely mix the prepolymer (material A), chain extender (material B), and color pigment / additives (material C), heat it, perform vacuum defoaming, and then conduct high-speed mixing before injecting it into the mold. After curing, it forms a high-mobility, high-elasticity, and highly tear-resistant elastomer product. Different from ordinary PU foaming machines, it focuses on being dense and bubble-free, having high strength, and allowing customization of hardness (Shore A 60 to Shore D 80).

The mixing head design of the TDI and MDI pouring machines is integrated on a single pouring moving frame, enabling both simultaneous operation and separate operation.

Compared with the disc-shaped assembly line, this circular assembly line occupies less space.
The reducer drives the mechanism and the rotational speed can be adjusted by the frequency converter.
The heating in the oven is achieved through a fan circulation system, ensuring uniform temperature.

When the disc reaches the demolding station, the detection source detects this signal, and the signal is transmitted to the main PLC;
The PLC controls the mechanical hand to achieve automatic demolding;
When the mold reaches the demolding position, the mechanical hand initiates the action.

It is compatible with the assembly line molds and is controlled by the host PLC to achieve automatic tracking of the release agent spraying;
The spray gun adjusts the spraying range according to the air pressure to save costs;
The spray gun is fixed on a movable system.
