This production line is specially designed for the automated production of automotive seat cushions and backrests, meeting the requirements of mass production and full automation.
The production line consists of the following equipment:
Polyurethane high-pressure foaming machine – 1 unit
Circular production line system – 1 set
Robotic automatic pouring system – 1 set
Robotic automatic handling (pick-and-place) system – 1 set
Safety system –1 set
The mixing head is maintenance-free, saving raw materials and being environmentally friendly;
The mixing method involves high-pressure spraying and impact, achieving excellent mixing results;
The sealing method of the plunger pump is magnetic, equipped with a dedicated magnetic coupling, ensuring no leakage;
The actions of the robotic arm, the assembly line, and the machine head are centrally controlled to ensure production continuity.
The stroke of the pouring robotic arm can accommodate the production line.
Three-phase five-wire system with 380V; Frequency: 50Hz;(Voltage can be customized)
Air source: Inlet pipe outer diameter 8mm, pressure 0.4 – 0.6 MPa.
Environmental temperature: Constant temperature control
