Overview: This equipment is specifically designed for the foaming process of polyurethane hard or soft foam through the reaction of isocyanates and polyols. It is suitable for the production of polyurethane foam products formed by the reaction of isocyanates and polyols.
Used for manufacturing industrial refrigerators, cold storage panels, car seat cushions, headrests, mattresses, handrails, imitation wood furniture, floating structures, and other products.
The amount of discharge can be customized and the maximum can reach 1500KG per minute.
The pump body is made of tungsten steel, and within the process requirements of this equipment, its high-temperature and high-pressure resistance characteristics ensure that the measurement accuracy will not be affected by changes in pressure and temperature;
The mixing device of the machine head is independently developed (patent technology), and the mixing head adopts a blade-type mixing head (independently developed), which mixes evenly, discharges less, and saves costs.
The special balance pressure regulation device (patent technology) can realize different mixing and pouring methods (injection, hose pouring, open pouring), and can also be timed and quantitatively poured, which can be used for special processes with a wide range of mixing ratios. It can reduce the pressure of material A and increase the pressure of material B to achieve a balanced pressure for thorough mixing: eliminating the flow error of the measurement system, greatly improving the equipment’s measurement accuracy and stability; preventing material A with high viscosity from flowing into the B material pipe and causing blockage.
