An epoxy resin dispensing machine specially designed for the pouring process of polyurethane elastomers to enhance production efficiency. The equipment can meet your current and future process operation requirements.
Accurate metering: adopts a high-precision, low-speed gear pump with an error margin of 5%.
Uniform mixing: uses a high-shear mixing head with reliable performance.
Casting head: equipped with a specially designed mechanical seal to ensure no air leakage and prevent material backflow.
The entire machine is controlled by a touchscreen and PLC module, enabling timed and quantitative casting, as well as automatic cleaning and air purging.
Optional servo motor and flowmeter control system available.
Three-phase five-wire system with 380V; Frequency: 50Hz;(Voltage can be customized)
Air source: Inlet pipe outer diameter 8mm, pressure 0.4 – 0.6 MPa.
Environmental temperature: Constant temperature control
