The production line consists of a two-component high-pressure foaming machine, a disc conveyor line, an automatic mold opening and closing frame, and a mechanical hand automatic spray demolding agent system.
The production line and the high-pressure machine are controlled in a coordinated manner through touch screens.

The fully automatic disc-shaped seat foam molding line can produce products of different densities and types simultaneously, such as backrests and headrests.
Main structure explanation:
The disc assembly line is composed of a rotating platform, an air-electric rotating device, a piping device, a transmission device, a positioning device, a mold frame airway control system, a mold frame installation base plate and an electrical part, etc.

The mold frame is of a custom type and is mainly used for opening and closing large molds. It is convenient to operate and saves labor costs.
The mold frame is customized, and its size is designed according to the size of the mold.

The upper and lower mold frames can accommodate different molds within a fixed size range.
The cylinder has sufficient clamping force.
The mold frame starts by being connected to the cylinder through a linkage, and can operate automatically; at the same time, the cylinder is controlled by mechanical linkage to rotate the mold frame to open and close, and perform the required actions as required.

It is mainly used for the automatic spraying of release agents inside molds. The spraying is uniform, facilitating mold removal and saving labor.
