This equipment is specifically designed for the foaming process of polyurethane hard or soft foam through the reaction of isocyanates and polyols. It is suitable for the production of polyurethane foam products formed by the reaction of isocyanates and polyols.
Suitable for manufacturing products such as industrial refrigerators, cold storage panels, car seat cushions, headrests, mattresses, handrails, imitation wood furniture, floating structures, etc.
The equipment adopts medium heating and cooling insulation, with uniform temperature, short temperature rise time, energy saving and electricity saving, meeting the production process requirements of high-precision and high-batch ratio products.
