A high-temperature type elastomer pouring machine specially designed for the polyurethane elastomer pouring processaimed at enhancing production efficiency. The equipment can meet your current and future process operation requirements.
The mixing system adopts a special sealing device (patented technology), which is very wear-resistant, preventing the mixing shaft from clogging or spilling during high-speed rotation. It also does not require frequent maintenance; this reduces the excessive number of repairs and greatly improves production efficiency;
The head uses an independently developed mixing device (patented technology), and the mixing head adopts a special structure (independently developed), ensuring uniform mixing without air bubbles, with less discharge, and cost savings;
The equipment uses the entire process heating and insulation of the heating oil. Where the material circulates, the oil circuit goes there as well. The temperature is uniform, there are no dead points, the temperature rise time is short, and it is energy-saving and cost-effective, meeting the production process requirements of high precision and high ratio for products.
